A big thank you to Fred Holland, owner and morning host, at WTKI in Huntsville, AL for interviewing Sky Box Sport Scenes Product Manager, Alissa Ramsay. Holland was generous with his time and questions during his morning show interview. Ramsay was able to share about Tara Graphics' large-format print opportunities (including POP advertising, billboards and banners), Tara Manufacturing's pool liners, and of course Sky Box's MLB licensed photo murals.Ramsay and Holland also discuss why Madison County is the ideal community for entrepreneurs and small business. Ramsay has personal experience growing her former business of 6-years in Madison County and attributes much of her small business success to the cost of living, support of the community, and local business organizations. "I was 23 and had only lived in Huntsville [Alabama] for a few months when I started my business." Ramsay said, "Organizations, such as, the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce are strong proponents of North Alabama's economic development and support businesses in diverse industries. North Alabama is a perfect place for a start-up in almost any industry."
Tara Graphics has been in operation since 1991. As Holland pointed out, Huntsville, AL is known as the "Rocket City", but North Alabama is diverse in industry and opportunities.
